I have over the last few years been concentrating increasingly on wedding receptions and anniversary parties ranging in size up to 370 guests.

Many clients who have never previously been involved in such a function are  astonished (and sometimes overwhelmed) at the amount of detail that needs to be arranged. It's not just a question of choose the caterer and send out the invites!!

My experience in ALL aspects of the arrangements - the marquee, tables and chairs,  the decorations, the flowers, the bar, the disco , fireworks and 'themed' decorations-  enable me to offer clients not just the individual attention to the food but to take on  as much of the burden of the organisational detail as the client requires. A single point of contact will ensure that arranging the function is an enjoyable prelude to the party itself.

As to the food, I hope the pages of this site give you an idea of the extensive choice that I offer - from cocktail eats for when the guests first arrive through to a hot or cold buffet or fully served sit-down meal,  homemade chocolate truffles with the coffee  and 'grazing food' for the evening party.

I believe meeting personally with the client as often as is necessary to ensure that they have confidence in me and to enable me to understand exactly their requirements (for Clients abroad or with heavy work commitments I have found email a good second best). I am always delighted for clients to have a tasting lunch at my home to try  out the menu they have chosen or to just experiment a bit !!
