My prices will depend on various factors such as :-

ingredient cost and complexity of menu

size of function

what is to be provided e.g. linen, crockery, glasses, staff etc.

  (however I have put together some themed collections priced at £15 per person (service not included)

The main criteria is that everything is fresh and made to order – the individual menu – much more fun for  me -  no repeats and hopefully I can learn something new at the same time
