Over the last 20 years I have been catering for a wide variety of clients, both for business entertaining (Banks, Solicitors, Fine Art Auctioneers etc) and privately ranging from the small intimate dinner party to large anniversary parties and weddings (up to 400)  

For the more elaborate meals, I range from classic French to old English, but concentrate particularly on my sauces having learnt the ‘black art’ from Sonia Stephenson (formerly of the Horn of Plenty) and Raymond Blanc. Latterly, I have been exploring near and far eastern dishes which I find lend themselves ideally to vegetarian and vegan tastes.

I pride myself on all my food being freshly prepared by me,  from the finest regional ingredients, including  the chocolates to finish off.

The various pages of this site are intended merely to give an indication of the types of dishes you might want but for some, this can be a bit daunting! So to give you some ideas and to tempt you I have put together some themed collections priced at £15 per person (service not included as this depends on timings and numbers)

I take time with each client to discuss their  individual requirements to match the occasion and price requirements.  I  have a very wide repertoire to assist clients in their choice, and will (within reason!) prepare any dish required.

I can (if required) undertake every aspect of organisation for an event, particularly weddings, from the Marquee to the flowers and the bar, from fireworks to a string quartet, - a single point of contact for the client removes a lot of the stresses and strains - make sure you not only enjoy the day but enjoy every part of arranging it
